Terms of Service

Version 1.0.0 · Last updated DATE

These terms cover your use of NoPrompt, operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use NoPrompt

You need an Apple or Google account to sign in, and you must be at least MINIMUM AGE. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

How posting works

These are product rules, and they are enforced rather than aspirational:

Deliberately working around the camera-only rule — for example by pointing the camera at another screen to post a generated or downloaded image — defeats the purpose of the app and we may remove content or suspend accounts for it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you have chosen to share it with.

TODO: the actual licence grant — scope, sublicensing to hosting and CDN providers, whether it survives deletion, and moral-rights handling.

What is not allowed

Reporting and enforcement

You can report a post, comment or account from inside the app. You can also block anyone; blocking is mutual and immediate, and removes any existing friendship between you.

TODO: state your actual moderation commitment — review timeframe, what actions you take, and how a user appeals. Do not commit to a process you have not built. Note that both app stores expect a working mechanism for acting on reported content.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app. It is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days, along with your posts, stories, comments, likes and images. You can cancel within those 30 days by signing in again. After that it is gone and cannot be restored.

Service availability

NoPrompt is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

TODO: warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity — drafted for your jurisdiction, and consistent with consumer-protection law where it cannot be excluded.

Suspension and termination

TODO: the grounds on which you may suspend or terminate an account, notice given, and what happens to content on termination.

Governing law and disputes

TODO: governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution process.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
